Found the same product at a lower advertised price from another Australian retailer?

Please contact us before placing your order and send us a link to the competing offer. If the product is genuinely comparable and meets the conditions below, we will do our best to match the advertised price.

Price Match Conditions

To qualify for a price match:

  • The competing product must be the same aftermarket replacement part.
  • The product must have the same part number, specifications, fitment and included components.
  • The product must be of the same brand or demonstrably equivalent quality.
  • The competing seller must be an established Australian retailer.
  • The product must be physically stocked and dispatched from within Australia.
  • Products shipped from overseas, fulfilled by overseas warehouses or supplied through drop-shipping are not eligible.
  • The competing product must be currently in stock and available for immediate purchase and dispatch.
  • The advertised price must be publicly available and verifiable through the retailer’s website.
  • The price must be quoted in Australian dollars.
  • The total comparison price may include any compulsory delivery charges, handling fees or other fees charged by the competing retailer.
  • Price match requests must be submitted before purchasing from GoMowerParts.com.au.

Exclusions

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Clearance, liquidation, closing-down or damaged-stock sales
  • Temporary pricing errors or incorrectly advertised prices
  • Auctions, private sellers or classified advertisements
  • Marketplace sellers, including sellers operating through eBay, Amazon Marketplace, Temu, AliExpress or similar platforms
  • Overseas retailers or products dispatched from outside Australia
  • Drop-shipping businesses or products fulfilled by overseas suppliers
  • Coupon codes, loyalty rewards, membership-only offers or personalised discounts
  • Package deals, bundles, bonus offers, free gifts or multi-buy promotions
  • Used, refurbished, reconditioned, returned, damaged or display products
  • Products that are unavailable, back-ordered or offered for pre-order
  • Wholesale, trade, commercial-account or quantity-based pricing

How to Request a Price Match

Please contact us before ordering and provide:

  • A link to the competing product
  • The competitor’s advertised price
  • Confirmation that the product is in stock
  • Confirmation that it is stocked and dispatched from within Australia
  • Any relevant product details needed to verify that it is the same item

We may request further information before making a decision.

Important Information

Each price match request is assessed individually.

Approval is not automatic, and GoMowerParts.com.au reserves the right to verify the competing product, seller, availability, product quality, delivery location and total purchase price.

Where a price match is approved, it applies only to the quantity reasonably required for personal use and is subject to available stock.

GoMowerParts.com.au reserves the right to decline any request where the products, sellers, delivery arrangements or terms of sale are not directly comparable.

All price match decisions are made at our discretion.
