Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

At GoMowerParts.com.au, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read the following policy before making your purchase.

Please choose carefully before placing your order. Many of our products are replacement parts that are designed for specific makes, models, engine types, or serial numbers. If you are unsure whether a part is suitable, please contact us before purchasing. We are happy to help confirm compatibility.

General Return Conditions

All returned goods (except items damaged during transit) must be returned in good condition and in their original packaging. All accessories, parts, manuals and included items must accompany the return.

To help us process your return quickly, please include your order number and purchase reference with the returned parcel.

Customer Order Errors

If an item is returned because the incorrect part was ordered (for example, the wrong model, engine or part number was selected), a 20% restocking fee or AUD $15.00 (whichever is greater) will apply to cover handling, inspection and restocking costs.

Please ensure compatibility before placing your order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incorrect Item Received

We sincerely apologise for the mistake and any inconvenience caused.

Please email us a clear photo of the item you received.

Once confirmed, we will dispatch the correct item as soon as possible and provide return instructions for the incorrect item. Where a return is required, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Item Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us as soon as possible.

Email us photographs clearly showing both the damaged item and the packaging.

Please retain all packaging materials until the claim has been completed.

Do not dispose of the packaging or damaged goods until instructed.

Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange collection, request additional information, or ask you to lodge the parcel with the shipping carrier.

Once the damage claim has been accepted, we will send a replacement or provide an appropriate remedy.

Faulty or Non-Working Item on Arrival

All products undergo quality control checks before dispatch. However, if your item is faulty upon arrival:

Please contact us as soon as possible with a description of the fault and, where possible, photographs or a short video.

We may ask you to perform a few simple troubleshooting steps to confirm the issue.

If a return is required, we will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Once the returned item has been inspected:

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

If no fault is found, the original item will be returned to you, and return postage will not be reimbursed.

Change of Mind

We understand that circumstances can change.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will happily cancel your order and issue a full refund.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

the item is unused;

it is in its original condition;

all accessories, manuals and packaging are included.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

A 20% restocking fee or AUD $15.00 (whichever is greater) applies to all change-of-mind returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Item Not As Expected

Returns will not be accepted simply because the item does not meet personal expectations where the product matches the description provided.

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, specifications and photographs.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing. If you are uncertain about compatibility or specifications, please contact us before placing your order.

Parcel Not Received

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe:

First, track your parcel using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If the parcel cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier.

If you are unable to obtain an update, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment on your behalf.

If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
